He also explained how a car, though low on mileage, can still began to have problems with brake fluid, oil, filters, etc. He anticipated the situation and prepared us for what some of the things could be found that would need attention. He also made sure we got the "perk" of a washed car. That was invaluable as the car has a travel carrier on top and cannot go through an ordinary car wash. The service was done well and the recall on the model repaired. Every employee we came in contact with was friendly and helpful! More
