Best Car-Buying Exprience I've Ever Had First time I ever negotiated a deal via a dealership's Internet Site. The negotiated price via the Web was "Out-The-Door" price and was respected upo First time I ever negotiated a deal via a dealership's Internet Site. The negotiated price via the Web was "Out-The-Door" price and was respected upon coming to dealership. Proposals received via e-mail during negotiations were itemized, complete, and easy to understand. Responses to my counteroffers were received within a half-hour of sending them. For someone who only buys cars infrequently, it was much more pleasant to negotiate via the Internet than face-to-face because I had time to analyze and think about what was happening between dealer's responses. At the dealership no pressure tactics were used when talking to sales people and while options for add-ons were presented, there was no pressure to purchase them. Only spent about a half-hour in Finance, although this was a cash deal, so credit was not an issue. Financial person was highly organized. The entire experience at the dealership was over in about three hours, and during the last hour the salesperson sat in the vehicle with us and demonstrated ALL the electronic features of the vehicle. Other features were demonstrated by the salesperson during the test ride. I have purchased three vehicles at this dealership and have always been satisfied, but this one was the best. More
