I told the service person what I wanted and he immediately knew what I was talking about. He and his team were very thorough and I felt confident they gave me the exact service I was looking for. In addition, he offered me a coupon toward part of the service which I certainly appreciated. While I was waiting, I enjoyed coffee and donuts while reading the newspaper which was provided.
