I have the Honda care package that covers all my regular scheduled maintenance so I usually don't have to pay anything when I go to the dealership. I was met within 1 minute of arriving, and while the attendant was locating my service advisor, a second attendant saw that there was no one at the car and came to make sure I had been assisted.
