I have the Honda care package that covers all my regular scheduled maintenance so I usually don't have to pay anything when I go to the dealership. This time I needed a battery replacement in my key fob. Th scheduled maintenance so I usually don't have to pay anything when I go to the dealership. This time I needed a battery replacement in my key fob. This was something I expected to pay for got that for free as well. It was a welcome surprise. I have been using Arrowhead for fifteen years ever since I moved here from Illinois. No one looks under the hood except an Arrowhead serviceman. I was met within 1 minute of arriving, and while the attendant was locating my service advisor, a second attendant saw that there was no one at the car and came to make sure I had been assisted.
