Matt was thorough and patient as my memory is not as good as it use to be. Even after purchase was completed and I needed more information a couple days later, he was very helpful. Really impressed with the first contact from Eric when he replied via text and email after submitting request through Costco program; prompt but not pushy. The ball is in the buyer's court. Absolutely impressed with the box at the bottom of each email from Arrowhead with 15 bullets that state how their dealership stands out, starting with Family Owned. We want to spend the social security check the best we can and Eric answered our questions about the dealership as well as why he sells Honda cars. Eric earned our sale after 6 dealerships and three test drives before our purchase. More

Highly Professional and Customer Oriented I was contacted by Bill Kopta (Internet Sales) through the USAA car buying service. I had already selected the specific CR-V that I wished to purchas I was contacted by Bill Kopta (Internet Sales) through the USAA car buying service. I had already selected the specific CR-V that I wished to purchase from Arrowhead’s online inventory. When I arrived at Arrowhead, Bill was waiting to show me the car I had selected. Bill showed me the new features; especially the safety features which was the reason I wanted a new vehicle. We quickly agreed on a price and Bill assisted me with the purchase & financing details with USAA. He then accompanied me to the business office (Jason Heximer) and helped to expedite the final paperwork. Jason was very efficient and the paperwork was finalized in a few minutes. Before I left, Bill helped me with the personalized settings of the CR-V ( door locks, audio system controls, Android Auto settings, etc). All-in-all, this was a very pleasant car-buying experience (from start to finish) made possible by Bill’s professionalism and customer-oriented approach. More

After reviewing email responses and speaking with internet departments of several local dealershisps, Brian offered the car I was looking for with a detailed written bid and we made an appointment to test drive. Brian was a pleasure to work with, knowledgeable and respectful of my time and needs. Not only was Brian very knowledgeable about the vehicle, if there were any question I asked that involved some other aspect of the purchase process, Brian brought in the expert so I could get the facts directly. I really appreciated that. I was also offered follow-up assistance for any questions that might arise after purchase. Thank you Brian for making car buying fun again! More

After a little back and forth via e-mail with Brian Alexander, I went into the dealership with a 'Virtual Deal' from Tracey Ford (Internet Director) that called out in detail all the costs associated with the direct car purchase. Since Brian was off that day, Matt Thorpe greeted us at the dealership. Matt and took excellent care of my wife and me during the entire process. He was very helpful, upbeat and transparent, pointing out features of the car and knowledgably answering all of our questions. We would highly recommend working with Matt and the Internet Team. Jeff Sokol walked us through the financial part of the deal efficiently and clearly, including add-on options for an extended warranty, security features, etc. Everyone we spoke to was helpful and made us feel welcome and comfortable at Arrowhead. We were not pressured and left with the car we wanted and the deal we wanted. Thanks all! More
