Great Dealership & excellent Customer Service I have owned three Nissans and have had wonderful service and was thinking about going back to Nissan until I stepped into Arrowhead Honda. I found everyone friendly and found out it was a family owned dealership. As I was told by the dealership, anyone can sell you a car but it is the customer service you receive after you purchase the car. I'm a firm believer, this dealership walks the talk. I love my new car and look forward in working with this dealership and I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends. More

Best Car Buying Experience Ever! I’ve purchased several vehicles in my life time and I’ve never felt compelled to talk about it. At least not until now. I was in the market for a ne I’ve purchased several vehicles in my life time and I’ve never felt compelled to talk about it. At least not until now. I was in the market for a newer vehicle. My 2013 civic was great but I needed something with a little more room. I went to Arrowhead Honda because I’d received a voucher in the mail that said I was “guaranteed” at least three prizes. Well as I expected the prizes were not all that impressive. What did impress me was working with Dino Krallis. All through the process he kept me in the loop about what was going on and made sure I understood everything. He was very upbeat and answered all my questions. The bottom line is that thanks to Dino I left the dealership with a brand new Accord that had everything I’d asked for and a really impressive APR. Thanks Dino - Semper FI More

I got a quick, courteous and professional response so I decided to go in. Once there I was greeted and immediately introduced to Bill who was professional and courteous. He was not pushy at all and took Awesome care in helping me find the right SUV for me. The entire way through my purchase he kept me well informed of the process and made me feel at home, which is the first time I have experienced such a thing at any dealership. When I received my SUV detailed and ready for me to leave he made sure that I had a complete understanding of how everything worked and walked me through how to sync my phone so that it worked correctly and efficiently. Good people and experience. Overall we had a great experience. I used TrueCar pricing so the cost of the vehicle was not really negotiated. I do feel like in retrospect I should have gotten more for my trade in but they worked with me and threw in a roof rack and floor boards to compensate me. Our salesman was great. Very helpful and happy the whole time and considerate. It was hot and humid out and he kept the water flowing to myself and my husband. We had our dog with us and the dealership let us bring her in and stay cool inside with us. The longest part of the whole day was waiting in line for finance but car shopping is an all day experience. Like I said, overall we are very pleased with our purchase! More
