Outstanding! East meets West!!!! We were in the market for our 7th Honda. Our son had his heart set for a Honda Civic Hatchback Sport, in the color of polished metal with black inter We were in the market for our 7th Honda. Our son had his heart set for a Honda Civic Hatchback Sport, in the color of polished metal with black interior. All we could find in the East Valley was the car he wanted but with the two tone interior. We had gone to four dealerships in the East Valley and could not find anyone that either wanted to find the car or even help us. In fact there was one dealership that not a single employee asked a single thing. They totally ignored us and any other customer in the showroom or in the car lot. We were about to give up. I went online to USSA for help. They had given me three dealerships that guarantee to help us. The first two we had already been there and wasn't helped. The third was Arrowhead Honda. Within minutes of signing up on USSA I received two calls from Arrowhead. Eric told me that I would receive a call from David M.(General Manager) Within minutes I did. We set up the time we would come to the dealership. David asked me if I knew where they were. When I said no he told me Peoria. I said that was ok. We came to the dealership and within seconds we were approached, which we explained we had an appointment with David M. David set us up with Taylor. What a outstanding salesman Taylor is. He knew his cars. He promised my son he could get the car he wanted. Taylor and Chris hit if off and talked and talked and talked! We were there for over three hours and signed the deal. Taylor and Arrowhead are one of the BEST Dealerships we have brought cars from. As I said this is our 7th Honda since 2000. Taylor introduced us to Walter in Finance. He worked on the loan for us and even after getting a decent rate he continued for days to get a better rate. Taylor works 7 days a week. He says he is off and then showed up to show my son the car he picked up for him. The promises, the service and more are outstanding. Taylor and Walter are a great team. They are a outstanding representation of your dealership. They were so good to us that we will be back this weekend looking for our 8th Honda. That will be 2 Honda if we purchase in a week. I look forward to seeing if the service department can out beat your Sales and Finance Departments. Thanks to Taylor and Walter, they have made us a customer for life. We were loyal in NY where we purchased our last 6 Honda's. Hopefully this week it will be two for Arrowhead making us loyal Arrowhead customers. Nothing less than Outstanding Service! I started my car shopping experience about 9 months ago with Matt Thorpe. He was heavily recommended to me through a friend. When I first met Matt, I told him that I did not want to be pressured or rushed into buying a vehicle. I told him that I wanted to take my time and get one when I was ready. I explained to him about my last horrible car shopping experience at another Honda dealer in Phoenix and that I did not want to go through that again. Matt was very understanding and patient with me throughout the whole car shopping experience. During this time, I went and test drove a vehicle three different times and all three times I walked out of there not feeling pressured. He is not your typical "pushy" salesman. Matt would keep me posted on vehicles coming in with the color and the features I wanted throughout this time. About 3 weeks ago, I got a text from Matt with a vehicle that came in. I went to look at it, test drove it, and of course purchased it. I had my own financing and was really impressed with the speed of their finance department. I did mention to Matt that I was not interested in purchasing extra warranties or financing with them. The finance department respected my wishes and did not mention any of that. They were true professionals. I would highly recommend Matt and Arrowhead Honda. I would feel completely comfortable sending my own young adult daughter in there by herself to purchase a vehicle with Matt as her sales person. Graham went above and beyond in making sure we got exactly the one we were lookin We were set on a very specific Honda Civic 2017 with Honda Sensing. Graham went above and beyond in making sure we got exactly the one we were looking at, even going so far as to set the car aside in the 'sold' lot to save it for our appointment! It was the only one they had on their lot. Even after we had to miss our original appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, he still had the car there (we were very lucky for this) and he was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful when explaining the car's features and on the test drive. We knew everything we needed to know about the car and then some by the time we left the lot. Extremely satisfied! More

Taylor somehow worked with new vehicle procurement to find the car I wanted at a price that was more than fair. From start to finish Taylor was on top of what was going on. It seems he is on call 24 hours a day based on the responsiveness I experienced. Taylor is very knowledgeable concerning the car buying process and puts the customer first. One example... I mistakenly left my garage door opener in the trade vehicle. Emailed Taylor. Within an hour or so he had already arranged for me to pick it up at the dealership. Little things like that make the difference. Look Taylor up if you are intertested in a new Honda vehicle. More
