Chris was a sale manager and Matt was a sale person. They promised my mom that the first oil change is for free. I brought the car in service for its first oil change today 5/16/17. Person in service department refused to do a first oil chance for free and tried to sale me a $29.99 one. I said you guys promised my mom the first oil change for free and now you want $29.99? He directed me to the sale department. I came and talked to the sale manager. It wasn't the one sold the car to my mom. He walked out and just said I cannot give you a first oil change for free. It's that simple and he walked away. He is a worst customer service ever I talked to. I bet he realized that I wasn't his customer and he treated me like that. The whole sale teams from sale person to managers just a bunch of greedy. They just want your money. When they had it, that's it. I bet they don't even have a degree - a bunch of people who lie to customers to sale more cars and get promoted. I will take my business somewhere else. Goodbye Arrowhead Honda. More
