When we arrived at the dealership Jeff was outside to greet us and had exactly the vehicle we described in front of the showroom waiting for us. Jeff spent a lot of time demonstrating the many features of our soon to be CR-V. He then spent much time working out a fair trade in for our 2015 Lincoln and a good price for the Honda. He was very sincere and personable. We promised him we would be back in 2 years to buy another Honda. I was not intending to buy a car that day but after checking out a Prius and not getting an out-the-door price, I wanted to check out a Honda smaller than my Odyssey. I walked in to Arrowhead, several men passed by this white-haired lady, Bernardo stopped and asked if he could help. And he sure did! I checked out a CRV and when I asked for an out-the-door price, Bernardo gave me one! I did a bit of research, liked Bernardo's response to my research, and within 2 hours I drove the CRV home. Bernardo spent time showing me how to use electronics, set up blue tooth, and even delivered my old Odyssey to my residence some distance away. More

As a matter of fact, this is the 3rd vehicle I bought a Honda CRV from Arrowhead Honda this week and the experience was nothing less than FANTASTIC!!! As a matter of fact, this is the 3rd vehicle we have bought from this dealership over the past 13 years and because of the professional demeanor of all the employees, we will continue to buy from here. The biggest KUDOS have to go to Celeste Fitzgerald though. She is amazing and it is always a pleasure to work with her. She is knowledgeable and works to find the vehicle that best fits our needs. As a family that has gone from starter vehicle (Element) to family with kids and Grandma (Odyssey Van) to smaller SUV (Honda CRV), she has helped us every step of the way.
