Second time buying a car, first time going to Honda I usually hate looking for cars. When you go to the dealership, you're usually bombarded by sales people and they're pushy. Main times, I have walked away from the car that I like because I do not like the sales person is too pushy. When I went to Arrowhead Honda, I never felt pushed to get into a car. I saw the car that I liked online-- called the dealership to make sure the car was still on the lot, after already being contacted by Bernardo to see if I was interested; and drove straight down with my mother. Bernardo was the best sales person that I've worked with simply because he was enthusiastic and happy. Being that I came late he and Cory in finance stayed late in order to close the deal. They then checked in the next day, to make sure the car was okay. Very happy to say the least. More

Mo was very respectful and listened to our concerns. Two days later I was at an orientation for volunteer service that I was applying for.
