Great experience at Arrowhead Honda I went into Arrowhead Honda with a credit approval letter. I have less than desirable credit so I was approaching this with a lot of apprehension and I went into Arrowhead Honda with a credit approval letter. I have less than desirable credit so I was approaching this with a lot of apprehension and was prepared for the "you have bad credit so you will be treated less than humane." I was very greatly surprised when I went through the process with Kevin Emmons who was not only extremely professional, he was not condescending, was very straight forward with what my options were, and took time to explain those options. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of or talked down to because of my credit situation. Kevin made good on every commitment he made to me. I had my daughter with me and she was exposed to what a good experience should look like in buying a car. I've had dealership experience in the past helping my son buy a car and it was a nightmare and he signed onto things that he didn't understand - basically that dealership screwed him for not having experience in financing and working with dealerships. But Arrowhead Honda left me with such a great impression, I'm referring my son and his family to buy their next car there. I also worked with Walter in finance and he was just a nice guy - not the typical high pressure finance manager who pushes for more and more money. He gave me my options, we talked through what was best for me and I signed the papers. On top of a great experience, because my car wasn't going to be ready until Monday (I went in on a Saturday), I was given a loaner car for the weekend. I am a person who never writes reviews and have only left one bad review for the car dealership that my son dealt with. This, experience, however, makes me a believer that is possible to buy a car and work with a good team. I look forward to doing business for a long time with Arrowhead Honda. More

Ron even went out of his way to help us manually transfer all our GPS addresses we had previously set in our trade-in vehicle. It was important for me to buy from this dealership. I have gone there for their excellent service for over ten years, and for the purchase of our previous two Honda Odysseys. Walter Mundt, Finance Manager, clearly reviewed a financing package that worked for us. Both Walter and Ron treated us with respect and as friends would. 5 Stars for each. More

I went through the Costco website to find a reputable dealer that works with Costco for new and used car sales. I was connected with Arrowhead Honda. I was greeted warmly at the door and Young showed me the rows of cars that I was interested in. I picked out the car I wanted and took a test drive with Young. He answered all my questions during the test drive. Back at the showroom, I filled out all of the required personal and financial paperwork and was shown to the Financial Manager's office to complete the paperwork. Within two hours of entering the dealership, I was driving home with a new vehicle. Everyone was extremely professional. There was no pressure, negotiations were more like friendly conversations which resulted in the best car-buying experience I've ever had. Thank you, Arrowhead Honda. More
