In my 71 years, I have purchased a lot of new cars, but never had I had as good an experience. Kevin and the staff were professional, fast, efficient, and friendly. We haggled a little, but quickly arrived a what I felt was a fair price without the usual pain I have experienced in the past. Thanks for a job well done. More

I told Kevin I wasn't playing any games and that if he didn't meet my proposed price within 15 minutes, I would walk out. He not only came in a few dollars close to my price, but came back under 10 minutes. To top it off, the next day I had noticed that there was a slight chip on the wind shield of my car, Kevin offered to get that fixed for free. The entire process buying the car from start to finish was done in less than an hour. Kevin and the Arrowhead team went above and beyond my expectations. More

Dominick Bartnik is a kind man that goes well over and above his duties as an employee to examplify excellent customer service. He has held my hand through my less than pleasurable experience when I purchased my 2014 Honda Accord that has turned out to be an absolute service nightmare. Robert Quintana stepped up to the plate to assist me with my service issues that are endless. Robert as well displays examplary customer service skills, his kindness and caring for his customers satisfaction should be the training model for all employees at Arrowhead Honda. I couldn't have asked for two greater guys to stand by me and help resolve the misfortune of purchasing an automobile that was sadly a mishap in a factory full of success stories. Everyone has angels that help them through unfortunate occurrences in life, mine have been Dominick and Robert. Arrowhead Honda should be proud to have two of the finest individuals as employees to represent their company. I brought our Insight to David for a number of needed services; at 160k+ it was running fine but needed several things, including a factory service. David has always been honest to us and given us the best pricing he can; we can trust him to recommend what is needed and only that so we can fit our budget. Even though we did some extra maintenance this time, we felt good about trusting David because of our past experiences. The car is running great and we can't thank David enough for his quality work and honesty. More

The next day we brought my In Laws in to look at a Honda Accord. Fred was extremely patient with all their questions and concerns. A short time later my In Laws left with their 2015 Accord and we struck a great deal and drove away in a new 2014 Honda CRV for me! It was Fred that made our experience like none other. He has a very calm demeanor and we never felt rushed or pressured in any way. There was no runaround, it was a very pleasant experience. The following week my husband and I visited Fred again and my husband purchased a 2015 Honda Accord Sport. Yes, 3 new Honda cars in our family in just one week!! We would recommend anyone to deal with Fred Flores. We intend on, oh heck, we already have recommended other family members and friends to visit Fred at Arrowhead Honda. More

Charlie came out and greeted us and I was immediately comfortable with him. I had already visited the internet and knew which Pilot I wanted. Charlie made sure I was buying just what I needed and not pay for extras that I did not need or would use. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, never pushy. Love my Honda Pilot!!
