Arrowhead Honda

Took advantage of me. I'm a single mother of two. I was looking for a used/new car because my current one had No a/c. We all know we need a/c in the summer time here in Pho I'm a single mother of two. I was looking for a used/new car because my current one had No a/c. We all know we need a/c in the summer time here in Phoenix. The car has had problem the first month I had it... a month later doing the same thing. Also they sold me the car at $13900 and KBB is only worth $6800... How is this even possible? They made me feel like this was the only car they had in the lot that I could afford with my credit and down payment. I don't know anything about cars and i'm not using it as an excuse but really how does dealerships get away with this? I cant sell it because i'm so upside down on it. Cant use it as a trade in. I'm happy its not hot anymore now I can use my xxx with no a/c. At least it run with out bouncing all over the road. I would not recommend this place and defiantly not this sales person. He was so pushy and could not answer a single question I had after I started to have problems. He was so excited to show me this car that just came in... Come to find out they don't even make this model anymore and you cant get parts anywhere. Thanks for making my life harder James/ Arrowhead Honda! More
