After receiving a recall notice for my Odyssey, Mr. Steve Bullock handled the service appointment in a fast and efficient manner. In addition my complaint about a noise under the hood resulted in discovery o Bullock handled the service appointment in a fast and efficient manner. In addition my complaint about a noise under the hood resulted in discovery of a faulty fan motor which was ordered for replacement. I took advantage of the shuttle service to get me home while my vehicle was being serviced. Overall my experience was excellent. More
