Great Doing Business with Arrowhead Honda I have owned new Honda's since 1982. This is my 7th Honda I have purchased from Arrowhead Honda. The only dealership I will use. No crap, straight forward, fair, efficient and they respect my time. Every experience is better than the last. I like the sales staff and the maintenance staff. The finance guy Jason gets you in and out fast. Also, with the corona virus issue, the dealership bent over backwards to keep you safe and protected, I noticed after someone got up from a table or chair a staff member went over to disinfect the area for another customer. They provided a lot of space to maintain separation, both inside the facility and outside as well. The whole staff does an outstanding job. More

Excellent Follow Up Support Appointment promptly made to troubleshoot trailer hitch harness assembly on 2018 Honda Pilot. Technician found blown fuse on trailer harness sub-asse Appointment promptly made to troubleshoot trailer hitch harness assembly on 2018 Honda Pilot. Technician found blown fuse on trailer harness sub-assembly fuse panel located in storage well at back of vehicle (I had no idea there was a fuse panel there). Technician made a point to show me exactly where the fuse panel was located near the jack assembly in the back of the vehicle so that I could quickly replace the fuse in the future if necessary.
