Outstanding Customer Service We purchased a lightly used Honda CRV last year. When we did we noticed that the car was rather dirty for its age and it had a minor dent in the fen We purchased a lightly used Honda CRV last year. When we did we noticed that the car was rather dirty for its age and it had a minor dent in the fender. It was agreed to at that point that the dent would be fixed and that they would detail the car. Months later when we brought the car in we were told that there was never an agreement to detail the car. I raised the issue to management and it was taken care of immediately. The point of this review is that issues, mistakes and misunderstandings will happen. The measurement of a company is how they deal with these unfortunate issues when they arise. Arrowhead Honda knocked it out of the park. Raquel Perez stepped up and immediately made things right, and we couldn't be happier with our car and decision of where we purchased it.
