Amazing customer experience I had an issue with the car on Saturday and the only fix would be going to the dealership. I was frustrated because it meant that my son would be miss I had an issue with the car on Saturday and the only fix would be going to the dealership. I was frustrated because it meant that my son would be missing his basketball game. The guys recognized my frustration and assured my son he would make his game which was starting in less than 90 minutes. They knew how to fix it, had all the parts on site and we made the game with 5 minutes to spare. I cannot tell you what a difference this made and I will be forever grateful’ More

Excellent Service at a Great Price As I was driving, my key-fob light started blinking. As I was about 15 min away, I called the dealership to see if they had a replacement battery. I s As I was driving, my key-fob light started blinking. As I was about 15 min away, I called the dealership to see if they had a replacement battery. I spoke with Grant and he told me to come right in and they would take care of it. I also needed an oil change as I was overdue. This happened on a pretty busy Saturday around noon time,, but they took my CRV in, did and oil/lube job, replaced the key-fob battery, washed the vehicle, and had me out of there within 90 minutes. And this was all for under $50. I'd like to thank Grant for his great Customer Service and very speedy service overall. Thanks again !!! More
