Friendly service The recall service on our Hybrid was fast and efficient. They also fixed the license plates for me. My only complaint is that when we pulled up to the service bay, no one came out to greet us. We sat behind another car, with a service attendant chatting with the car's occupant for about ten minutes. I finally got out of my car and walked into the service counter on the left. They told me my representative was in the building on the right. We finally got it all sorted out, but it is a strange way to handle service calls. At all other Honda dealerships, they want me to stay in my car and a representative is usually at my side in a few minutes. More
