Patrick is a buyer’s salesperson. He defies the stereotype of a car salesman. He’s upfront, to the point, and doesn’t BS. What he said, is what it was. Paul Coppola was my sales man, he was nice and to me like all salesman as its tough to say special things after buying many cars over my life. He did his job . As far as the rest the entire process was beyon all salesman as its tough to say special things after buying many cars over my life. He did his job . As far as the rest the entire process was beyond the normal time to spend in a dealership, bad communication with me and changes that i accepted BUT were never relayed to me prior (just assuming it would be ok) 1- Camaro rims on car originally had plasti- dip peeling badly on 2 of 4 rims and i was told they would just take it all off , which was fine with me... then i learn they just CHANGED out the entire rims that i originally saw on car, again i accepted this but to not let me know first is absurd.(as they were slightly different rims) Then my interest rate i was told and expected turns out they had "difficulty" and when called into finance guy that was higher than expected with no prior notice, i waited for car and to complete all this for 5 hours the day i picked up car ... i never experienced a longer time in a dealership doing this stuff. maybe was just with me but it was terrible. i normally never complain, i love the car and am happy with it but the process here was just terrible to me. AND COVID ISNT TO BLAME! Also as my son did this at another dealership for a year so he came with me and knows how this all works, but enough with giving ridiculous starting monthly payments at first and then go talk to your manager and miraculously the payments can come down ...its really a sad way of doing business, i understand its cut throat but geeeez. P.S still waiting for my permanent registration to come from DMV, this temp one expires 1/9/21 in 11 days and DMV shows that they still have yet to receive dealership paperwork when i check on this on DMV website. More
