I would have given 5 stars but your service department does sloppy work. Before purchasing the the traverse I asked for 2 nicks in the windshield to be filled. They replaced the windshield instead. The wi does sloppy work. Before purchasing the the traverse I asked for 2 nicks in the windshield to be filled. They replaced the windshield instead. The windshield is off center, black tar like sealent was left on the corner of the windshield. They broke the panel that sits on the base of the windshield. I live 1 hour away which makes it difficult to get back there to have the service department fix there mistakes. More

Absolutely the most relaxed experience I’ve ever had with buying a car. I went in looking at the Silverado and left with a Traverse... next time I won’t bring my wife!
