Came into see Coach Harry at Atlantic Chevy in Bayshore. I went to 5 other places and got the blah blah blah blah blah and the typical salesperson mumbo jumbo. I would like to make it clear that my salesman was great, however, in hindsight, I wish I never purchased a car from this dealership. My parents leased from here and had nothing but issues with the Service d however, in hindsight, I wish I never purchased a car from this dealership. My parents leased from here and had nothing but issues with the Service department. I should have listened to their warning. Their service department manager is trash. I purchased a CERTIFIED PRE OWNED VEHICLE in January and have had nothing but issues since. I’ve driven the car less than 10 times because it’s been sitting in their lot while they fight with me and my husband as to why they won’t replace both of my taillights that are collecting condensation. We have been going back and forth with corporate and I’ve been having to find rides to work while they fight us on why they’re not replacing it. They replaced one side but not the other. We have pics to prove it and they’re not understanding that ELECTRIC, WIRES AND WATER don’t mix. It’s been nothing but calling and calling getting nowhere. The clear coat on my window pillars is coming off and had I not been rushed with taking this vehicle off their hands and them not disclosing to me that the taillights are taking on water, I would have ran out of there. I will be contacting an attorney as this dealership’s certified pre-owned is not certified and I am left with someone else’s headache now. More
