Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Di was absolutely great and answered all my questions. There was never any pressure at all. I was torn between the CRV and Passport. He showed me both, explained all features, and let me test drive them back to back. There was no game playing when it came to getting a price that I was happy with. He was very personable and easy to talk to. He showed me what every button did and showed me how to change and set up features before I left the lot. I’ve never had a salesman do that before. I just found my favorite dealership and will continue to stick with Honda via this dealership. Highly recommend!!! More

Well to start off, if I can give my salesman his own rating, Tajmel, you deserve 5 stars. But overall, this dealership doesn't meet anywhere near the standard he provides. Go in to buy a 2018 Civic Hatc rating, Tajmel, you deserve 5 stars. But overall, this dealership doesn't meet anywhere near the standard he provides. Go in to buy a 2018 Civic Hatchback. Was told car would be cleaned and detailed inside and out before I received it. Was never done. Was told TPMS sensor would be fixed before I received it. Was never done. Asked if fuel pump had been replaced due to a recent recall. Told it had been taken care of. Purchased the car under a finance, but within a week, already had the battery die on me. Couldn't start the car on multiple occasions. Called the dealership, was tossed between the sales department and service center telling me that I have to speak with whoever they told me at that moment. Finally told that I would be able to speak to the sales manager. Wait over 4 hours for a call back, nothing. Next day I take myself in to the dealership at that point frustrated as is. Get there and told that the fuel pump would have to be replaced due to a recall. Told them that I was told it had been done and they said they would look into it. Waited 4 hours for the car back and had a new battery and the fuel pump was taken care of. Was told the TPMS sensor would be fixed also. Get on sunrise highway and within a minute, sensor light is back on. Called back and was told they would have to calibrate it. Had the sensor calibrated and master calibrated, but still comes on every time I drive. Had made a complaint on Instagram and was told I would hear from a manager. Almost 2 weeks later and I haven't heard anything. When someone buys a new or certified pre-owned car, the last thing they want is problems. Atlantic Honda has caused practically nothing but problems from me since I bought the car. Really hoping to hear from someone on this because all of this just isn't right. *Updated* Well after 3 months of having the car, the one thing I wish I did was not go to this dealership in the first place. Within 2 months of owning this car, the transmission died on me and had to have it replaced. Waited a bit over a week for it to be done. Get the car back and it jerks whenever I accelerate. Contacted corporate Honda and was told to speak to the sales manager. After waiting 3 hours for the sales manager to call me back, I decided to drive there myself and speak to them. One of the certified pre-owned sales managers, Larry Ellis, disregarded practically everything I had to say and eventually refused to speak in the situation. Also the whole question I had of why there are aftermarket parts in my car was and probably never will be answered. Overall a horrible experience and I regret ever coming to this dealership More
