The paperwork went quickly and Tan helped me with connecting my cell phone to the car and getting directions through Portland. The title and other documents arrived promptly and they were correct for registering in New Mexico. All in all an excellent experience with courteous, experienced personnel. More

It started before we even made the trip - we called the dealership and Craig Fleishman answered the phone. We inquired about the car but it wasn't yet available so Craig promised to follow up with us when it arrived on the lot. We were skeptical as we had heard this from other dealerships only be be notified when those cars had sold. However, Craig was true to his word and the moment it was on the lot he notified us. When we drove down to see it a few hours later, he had the car waiting for us at the front and allowed us to look it over and take it for a test drive. After we decided to buy, the process was very efficient, even with trading in our old car. We were at the dealership for less than two hours and walked away with a great car for our family. Would highly recommend this dealership and especially Craig! More

Transmission malfunction This is second time taking Audi Q5 to Audi Beaverton for different reasons, but both times the service was excellent. Joe Selander was service rep on This is second time taking Audi Q5 to Audi Beaverton for different reasons, but both times the service was excellent. Joe Selander was service rep on both visits, resolving problems quickly. First time, mechanic's resolved a problem 3 other dealerships couldn't. Second time, problem was identified and evaluated as non-recurring issue. Transmission was checked in area identified by error code generated at time of problem. When error was generated, stopping and restarting car reset transmission with no additional errors. Would like to thank Joe Selander and the team at Audi Beaverton for excellent service. More
