A4 routine maintenance I bought my 2014 A4 used about 1 year ago. I had an oil change performed by an independent shop I have used for my vehicles and was happy with the wo I bought my 2014 A4 used about 1 year ago. I had an oil change performed by an independent shop I have used for my vehicles and was happy with the work but this A4 is the first car I've owned of this quality. The shop I had used told me there were codes they could not interpret so I decided to take the A4 to a place that routinely works on this type of vehicle so that they could confirm the codes. I was more than pleased with the professionalism of the staff, particularly Dustin. He had found that the car I have still had an extended maintenance contract in effect which was a pleasant surprise. I appreciated that Dustin kept me informed by text as to how the service was going. He was able to tell me that the codes did point out that I needed a new battery, which was covered. He also was very helpful in suggesting future maintenance so that my car would be up to date. Overall, an excellent experience! I also appreciate the convenience of your location near the airport as I am from Vancouver and having to go to there instead of Beaverton is much easier. Also, having a loaner vehicle was a great addition as I didn't need to coordinate with my wife how I was going to get around that day. Thank you for a great experience! We stopped at Beaverton Audi and were warmly greated by Zachary H, an Audi Sales Specialist. He quickly found the Audi we were looking for in their extensive inventory. After physically looking at the vehicle we purchased it. Paperwork processing went quickly, and within 1/2 hour we were the proud owners of a new Audi Q5. During the process a few issues came up, but they were quickly addressed by Lucas Soltman, the sales manager. This purchase experience was very pleasant.
