My best ever experience purchasing a new car I drove down from Bellingham Washington to purchase this car. Other instate dealers would not negotiate a fair price for the car I wanted. I saw that Audi Beaverton had a car matching my what I was looking for - called them with an fair offer and worked out a great deal compared to what was available to me in the Seattle area. The Seattle area dealerships used the wait to respond with a counter offer method of negotiations - I worked for over two days trying to get a fair price - to no avail.... With Audi Beaverton the whole process was fast due to their prompt response. We had a good offer and signed purchase order using a phone and email in less than two hours. In the end I got a much better price on a car with more options than the best offer I got from Washington Dealers for a car with fewer options. We love the car and with such a great buying experience I will definitely skip the painful process the Seattle dealers like to use and head to Audi Beaverton first when I look to replace my MDX later next year..... Disappointed but hopeful We bought a new q5 from dealership, and added a few extras( floor mats, invisible bra and door protection and mudflaps). When my wife left car and was given a loner she was informed it must be brought back with tank full or we would be charged $5 A gallon. First time that has happened on a loner. When she returned next morning to pick up car, outside work looked good but no floor mats inside. When brought to service managers attention he walked back to rear of car and showed her that the mats were thrown in the back(not installed, thrown in still in plastic bags). Not quite what we had hoped for from service department. Talked to management, reached a understanding I hope. Henceforth the hopeful title. I drove out to Beaverton Audi, after calling for an test drive, after the test drive i was sold on the Q5. they found the color I wanted and all the extra.. they were closing in a hour and needed a signature from my other half, And Paulina Peterson my Sales specialist followed me home and got the signature that was needed went over my new car at home with me and answered all my questions, just so I could take my new car home.. this was on 10/17/2017 and then on 10/22/2017 after my other half had driven the Q5 we had to go back that Sunday and buy a S3 Audi. We are sold on Audi and will continue to do business with them and will make sure to send my friends to them More
