We were torn between the Q5 and the A6 and were interested in used rather than new. When we entered the dealership we were greeted with smiles. Shane was our salesperson. Test drove a couple of vehicles. Chose the Q5. The price was fair, we made a deal with our trade in and wrote up a contract. Our transaction went well past closing time. We appreciated all that this dealership did for us in making this deal happen. We sent.a friend the next day and he purchased a Q5 from Shane as well. Still waiting for my $100 referral fee. I have two friends who at a later date will be replacing their vehicles and I hope to send their business there too! Sigve, in finance, was top notch and didn't want to leave him out. Unlike other showrooms, the Audi Beaverton has the largest selection of models on the floor. I highly recommend my sale advisor - Shane Randall - who spent hours with me going through in-depth details of each vehicle model I was interested in. All my questions were well answered. Airport Service Location I bought my new Audi Q5 in Wilsonville in 2016. The fact that they had a service location in NE Portland made all the difference to me since I live in I bought my new Audi Q5 in Wilsonville in 2016. The fact that they had a service location in NE Portland made all the difference to me since I live in SE Portland. In the first 18 months my car has had one "full" maintenance service, they repaired a side mirror (that I smashed in a parking structure) and two tires fixed. The service consultants that have helped me (Amy & Sarah) are very helpful and friendly. The two times I needed the tire repair I was able to just show up without an appointment and wait for the work to be done. This is a plus since driving around on a compromised tire waiting for an appointment isn't ideal or safe. Repairs on my new Audi seem expensive but I not any more so that repairs on my previous car which was a Volvo. All in all it's been a positive experience. More
