He quickly assertained what might be a good fit for me and, most importantly, did so with making me feel like I was being asked a ton of probing questions. Without prompting, Shane found a perfect CPO car for me that I just fell in love with. After a day or so of peppering Shane with questions via email at all hours of the day and night (that he was quick to respond to, even at 11:30 at night), I decided to purchase. Andy was quick to get us through the process, treated us fairly with no pressured sales tactics! By the end we wanted him to get the sale of the Q5 too! He even drove out to our home later that evening to deliver something we left at dealership. We are very happy with our experience and service from Andy.
