We arrived at the dealer 20 minutes before they opened (as we can stand car sales) when out of no where Tiny appeared to offer his assistance. He showed us a few cars and said he would do his best for us. When the dealership opened Tony got us some keys to the new Audi Q3 and it was just what we were looking for. We struck a very easy deal with our trade in. Buying a car can take some time but Tony went out of his way to be sure we were take care of including snack bars, coffee, and water. The purchase was a breeze. We were even out in time for Mother's Day dinner. We can't thank Tony and those at the dealership enough for make this a great experience. If you are in the market for an Audi, new or used or not sure, you owe it to go see him. (This is not a paid advertisement.. Lol) More

Service Check-in I came in for my 5K checkup and noted with the tech that my seat was dirty. The service department called me at 7 am when they opened to let me know they had my car and were working on it.. At 7;20am I had a driver pick me up at my house and bring me to Beaverton Audi where I had a loan car in 10 minutes and was out the door and was only late 15 minutes to work. They called in the afternoon to let me know they fixed my car. Beaverton Audi customer service exudes the exact example of how customer service should work. They were kind, prompt and did a great job. Thank you for saving the day More
