So far I have bought four Audis from this dealership. The sales people are very helpful and courteous. They do not push you and spend time with you to make your decision. If I could give this service department 10 stars I would. They are the friendliest, nicest people. They are honest and don't try to have you replace parts when it is not needed. I took my Audi to another dea They are the friendliest, nicest people. They are honest and don't try to have you replace parts when it is not needed. I took my Audi to another dealership and they said I needed new brakes and tires. They were also not very friendly. When I came to Audi for service on Airport Way, they ran the diagnostics and said I did not need new tires. My front brakes were still ok and my rear brakes could be replaced, but I could wait. They price quote for new brakes was also $250 less than the other dealership. But the very BEST about this service department is that they listen, they communicate, (even had a video they showed me in a text of the brakes), and they try to give you a 100% positive experience, I would recommend them to everyone who owns an Audi! More
