I have been going to Audi Beaverton since 2019 and before COVID the service was great. Unfortunately, for the past year service has declined. From service time (minimum two days for oil change) to poor commu COVID the service was great. Unfortunately, for the past year service has declined. From service time (minimum two days for oil change) to poor communication from the service reps. I am now looking to take my Audi to a local repair shop that specializes in Audi. It is a hassle to leave my car for two days at the shop for a simple oil change. Or to call the shop over and over because I have not heard back from the service rep on whether I can pick up my car or not. I must note, when Maritza has been there were the only times communication was fluid but the time for service is still too long. More
