I brought our 2018 Q7 in because the panoramic sunshade would not close. I had tried a few things before I brought it in, but failed to check it one last time. It turned out it was working again (possibl would not close. I had tried a few things before I brought it in, but failed to check it one last time. It turned out it was working again (possibly fuse issue). Niki did not charge me for this because it worked right away. Other dealers would have, I'm sure. They also performed their multipoint inspection and identified a few items that need attention. I got an email with videos showing the problem areas and the cost for the repairs for each one. Very, very impressive. I really appreciate what Niki did and now rather than just taking the car to our mechanic, I will definitely consider bringing it back here for the work. More

Went for service on Thursday 6/23/22. Chad Soares gave an overview of the work to be performed and asked if I had any additional concerns. I was provided with a nice loaner vehicle. On Friday, 6/24 Chad sent me an initial inspection video taken by the service tech before service. This was a nice feature. Received a message from Chad Friday afternoon that the vehicle was ready. Great, two days early! Top marks for Chad and all the service personnel. More
