I would recommend this dealership because the people are so thoughtful and very professional. My three star rating has to do with the communication system that is in place there. I was not able to confirm my recall service appointment, though I tried to contact the dealership three times by phone and left a message the first time I tried. In addition, I asked that someone help me with the MyAudi app, and to change the clock on my car, but neither was communicated to the service agent, nor did I ever get a call back to confirm the appointment. On the day and after the time of my appointment, when my car was to be picked up, I received a text that said sorry they had missed me. I contacted the service agent immediately to tell him that my car was to be picked up with a loaner left at my house. He quickly arranged to have that happen. My car was returned with the work accomplished, I hope, but none of the additional requests were done though I now have the name and number of a tech at the dealership to contact next week. Great people, understaffed I'm sure, like many of us, but not exactly what I had expected in the communication area for such an esteemed brand. Thank you for giving me a hearing. More
Asmaa was very helpful in getting me set up with my first service appointment. She was able to get one quickly and walked me through the steps of the process as far as what was going on. I took my Q5 in for a factory recall. It was a fairly straightforward problem. They told me it would be a two day repair but completed the work in one day and I picked the car up later i It was a fairly straightforward problem.
