Overall the service was good, the issue with my vehicle was fixed and the Technician I worked with did a good job communicating. My bigger issue (and reason for low rating) is the amount of time it takes was fixed and the Technician I worked with did a good job communicating. My bigger issue (and reason for low rating) is the amount of time it takes to get service. It took 30 days just to get appointment to bring in my car; and then once I dropped off the vehicle it was another 5 -7 days just to diagnose issue with my car. I understand supply chain issues, and delays getting parts, but I do not understand the length of time just to have someone diagnose issue. Audi and Audi Dealers have done a horrible job to train/hire staff and considering Service is one of their key values (revenue streams), I am shocked how poorly the Audi dealers are staffing their service departments.
