Experienced more than a 3 hour wait for my Audi when I was first in line at 7am and all they did was change the oil and filter and wash my car. They failed to replace my rear brakes. The service rep changed my service request wording where I had emphasized the rear brakes while the rep made the request a general review of the brakes which changes the meaning completely. More

Put too much oil in and had to bring it back the next day. There was a warning message on dash display. My review relates to the service management. I dropped my car off at 9 AM on Wednesday. The service rep said she would be out the following day, but if any questions to call the department. The following day I called at noon, left a message to find out the car’s status. No response by Audi. I called 2 more times and got no answer, but did not leave a message. I called a fourth time at about 4:30 because I knew they closed at 6 and left a message just to determine status. No response. On Friday at 7:10 AM, I receive a text saying car is ready for pickup. I was very disappointed that 1 I wasn’t able to call and have someone answer, 2 when I left a message I received no response until 2 days after I dropped the car off. Worst experience I’ve had with Audi Beaverton since 2009. The only positive was that the original service agent called me on Sunday to follow up and to ask if I was satisfied with the experience.. I told her of the disappointment and lack of communication to which she apologized. More
