I had a response to my online request within 15-20 minutes and had an appointment set up within an hour (after confirming my desired vehicle was still available. Sales person was prepared when I showed up, test drove the vehicle, and the dealer assessed the value of my car while on the test drive. My keys were ready for me when I returned to the dealer.
