I walked in and was greeted right away, which was something that other dealerships lacked on. Being fairly young most dealerships I've been to didn't even bother to bat an eye in my direction. Tristan on the other-hand made no judgements and greeted me with acknowledgment and respect. I knew what I wanted so we sat down and hammered out the numbers and some perks. He answered all my questions and/or concerns about the trade in process, title transfers, and finance options. Even after the purchase and the S3 in my possession Tristan took time out of his day to make sure everything was running smooth and as expected.
