Caitlin was able to answer EVERY question that I asked without hesitation and she was incredibly patient with me (I know I'm not the easiest person to work with). I was already an Audi fan but this visit to Burlington solidified my belief that Audi Burlington is one of the most progressive thinking stores around and their dealership's personnel do a far better job of creating an exceptional customer experience than any other brand. That is something that you absolutely should expect when spending upwards of $100k on a vehicle and Caitlin certainly delivered! More
