I cannot say enough good things about the service department, which I strongly believe it is the best in the area. Their service advisor are top notch, always courteous and professional, the appointments are timely, and they always have a loaner car available. Last, but not least, I cannot say enough about Jim Parolisi who goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. On the sales side, we are on our second lease though this dealership, and the second car was custom ordered from Germany because the color/trim/options package we wanted was not available in the US. They made the process a breeze and my only regret was not going the "extra mile" to chose European delivery. More

Jeff and the service department at Audi Burlington are so exceptional that now when my S4 requires service that I don't mind as much. The work is always finished promptly and to my satisfaction. Throughout the process and without prompt, Jeff always keeps me informed of the diagnosis and the progress. I have no hesitation to call them up and schedule my vehicle for service and have recommended friends and family to do the same. Their level of attention to detail and professionalism, as well as capability in servicing my vehicle is well beyond anything I've experienced at other service departments. More
