I've been a loyal customer for 9 years but they no longer respect my time or value my business. Most recently, I dropped my car on a Friday for a scheduled service and waited all day for a call. When I arrived at the end of the day, I was told that they hadn’t even begun the work and that they wouldn't get to it until Monday. When I asked why I wasn’t notified sooner, I was told that It’s because we are busy. Well guess what? I’m busy too and that’s why I made a scheduled appointment to begin with. My service technician also used her personal cell phone to capture images of both my license and my credit card. When I asked her about it, she said she didn’t like using the company Ipad and not to worry because it’s an app on her phone. I may be overly sensitive because my identity was recently stolen but it seems like a questionable practice to me. More
