The Service Department was outstanding, thanks to Raymond Hebert and team! My initial calls to the Service Dept went smoothly. In both situations, I truly felt listened to and was given VERY detailed feedback about the diagnostic tests that would be performed, so as not jump to any conclusion, and before they could identify the actual problem and remedy. My appointment was only several days out, and I was offered a loaner. A few hours after drop-off the diagnosis was complete. I received a call to explain the problem and the solution. I was relieved to learn the repair would be covered under warranty. A few days later, my Q3 was ready; many days ahead of when they initially thought. We needed major work and I was surprised that Herb Chambers Audi of Burlington secured parts so quickly, especially given COVID and chip/manufacturing related delays throughout the auto industry. Raymond and the entire Service/support team exceeded my expectations! I'm sorry I was sidetracked and unable to reply to Audi's Corp. survey before it expired. If they cannot resend it, I hope this summary can be forwarded to them and members of the HC’s management. Ray, thanks again for the great customer care and attention to detail. More
