Wow, what can I say about Audi Chattanooga. I currently live in Madison, AL by way of Huntsville, and was interested in purchasing a new Audi Q8. I visited the Audi dealership in Huntsville but they were n live in Madison, AL by way of Huntsville, and was interested in purchasing a new Audi Q8. I visited the Audi dealership in Huntsville but they were not willing to make a deal so I decided to venture out. I found the same Q8 I had saw and test drove at the dealership in Huntsville on Audi Chattanooga’s website and sent an email. Once sent, I immediately received an email from Sydney and it stated someone would be in touch with me. Her word was bond and I received an email from Lindsay and she was so very helpful. Lindsay stayed in constant contact with me and walked me through the process even down to the last tidbit of asking if I needed directions. I’m happy to say I purchased my Q8 from Audi Chattanooga as they deserved my business. The entire staff at Audi Chattanooga were awesome especially Sydney and Lindsay as their politeness and willingness to help was beyond measures as they were the first people I interacted with at Audi Chattanooga. A first impression goes a long way!! I highly recommend this dealership if you’re in the market of purchasing a new car!! More
