They constantly order the wrong parts. Customer service is a joke. I was very happy with my salesperson, Amy. But unfortunately their service department and the entire process leaves a lot to be desired. Purchasing or leasing a vehicle is a single, 1 day tran But unfortunately their service department and the entire process leaves a lot to be desired. Purchasing or leasing a vehicle is a single, 1 day transaction. Servicing that vehicle lasts forever. Scheduling is a nightmare as you get routed to a call center, explain your issue, then you get routed to the store only to get a VM. Then you may or may not ever hear anything. When you do.....they are "Swamped" all day, everyday. One would think if business was that good - they would have the staff to support it. I guess COVID is a forever thing with them. My next Audi deal will be at another dealership. More
