On a day when I had minimal time to spare, Steve got my car checked in and subsequently dealt with the warranty company to get a 9-hour job approved and carried out in a very professional manner. On my drop-off, I stopped by the finance dept and couldn't believe how quickly Taryn was able to process an extension to my service plan. I was very happy with my entire experience at Audi Coral Springs, especially after the issues I experienced at one of their competitors on my last service. More

Wish I could write something about a service visit. On a trip from New England to Florida, my driver side window dropped completely into the door, (window regulator) causing me to drive 1000 miles, inc On a trip from New England to Florida, my driver side window dropped completely into the door, (window regulator) causing me to drive 1000 miles, including the last 4 hours in torrential rains with no window. Called the ACS service department first thing the following morning and was told the manager would call me back. An hour later after no response, I called again…received the same promise and the same non response. To not even have the courtesy to return a call is incredibly disrespectful. With more rain forecast, I took the car to an independent garage and the window was repaired. In addition, Audi would not reimburse me for the charge because I didn’t take it to the dealer who refused to call me back. I purchased 2 Audis from this dealership. Needless to say, there will be not be any more. Thoroughly disgusted! More
