They didn't have my reservation but I showed them my confirmation email and Giancarlo handled it without issue. He told me it would be 2.5 to 3 hrs and it only took 2 hrs. Easy return of lease and purchase of new vehicle. I hate the negotiating and financing process in what I call 'the little room' at other dealerships. There is no such exhausting process with Taryn.
