He had the patience of a saint in explaining everything to a technology challenged senior (even drew pictures!) He gave me his cell number, which I have used several times.. Once I returned to NY I had more problems - lost the license plate tag and had to get it replaced immediately. Anthony took charge of everything: filled out all the paperwork and once I approved it, charged my account for me. Just recently, when I had a flat tire in NY, I again called Anthony, and as we spoke he was on his way to retrieve my tire protection plan information for the Audi dealer up here. After two surgeries, dealing with an outside body shop and supply chain issues (5 months without a car!), I never could have survived without Anthony. Can’t wait to stop by when I am back in Florida. This man is a keeper!! More

The service quality I'm receiving is far from perfect. I understand the lack of availability due to the busyness of your service center. What I don't understand is that the date of the service - May I understand the lack of availability due to the busyness of your service center. What I don't understand is that the date of the service - May 23, 2022, I was told that my car will NOT be worked on until the week after, since your staff already knew that, why wasn't I offered a loaner? and why wouldn't the service consultant just simply suggest coming back later the week when they would have time actually to work on my car? My vehicle was parked at your location's garage for a week and a half collecting dust, I had to find a ride to work for 2 weeks. Finally on June 10, 2022. 15 DAYS after my scheduled date. They started to work on my car. Great. After approving the services. I got a call from the service consultant on Monday June 13, 2022 that a check engine light came on, and the car doesn't have power. The condition of my car is worse than before. The lack of communication. This is UNACCEPTABLE. My experience with Audi Coral Springs can sum up as - They're doing the bare minimum on communication. I left multiple voice mail and ONLY received ONE call from him per day. It was a pain to reach this person. With this kind of quality of service. I don't even consider extending my warranty because I know that I will continue to be treated this way. My friend who went to the Pembroke Pine location for the same issues, received much better services, his recalls and tire rotation are completed in ONE DAY, and the manager there constantly communicates with him, both text and call. UPDATE: After checking with multiple B9 S4/S5 Audi owners, this dealership DID NOT install the 4GB dongle for me, as nothing is plugged into the OBD port. IF A DEALERSHIP LIED TO YOU ON THE SERVICE THEY CLAIMED THEY DID, RUN. More
