Terrible dealership. I walked into the service department and no one acknowledged me. No greeting nothing. All the male customer service employees were too busy to help their customers. The only person who greeted me and gave me attention and respect was Miss. Luana Cruz. She is a great asset to your dealership. However, I am Sorry to say Mr. General manager, but some of these people you have working in this department are really pitiful and rude. I have worked for big banks, and the first thing they taught us was acknowledge the customers as soon as they walk in, but really what can you expect from of these people.
