John was great to work with! I was interested in either a Audi or Jeep and wanted some questions answered before making the drive out to the dealership. John went above and beyond by not only answering my questions ahead of time, but also taking short little videos of both vehicles so I could see what they looked like outside of the "professional" photos online. When I came in he discussed the differences and similarities between the two models I was looking at and I did not feel pressured one bit. Drove away with a new car, thanks John! More
