Once the deal was made, the other employees who worked with us ( Troy Alley and Gina Lopez)were efficient, polite and went out of their way to help, answered our questions, were organized and ready to go when we arrived and made sure we did not sit around waiting. Our sales person was Kristin Waldrop. She was nothing short of phenomenal. She is personable, friendly, cared about us and our interests and is very professional. She is a credit to her employer. Dealing with Kristin made the entire process actually fun. ( I am a lawyer and choose my words carefully ) I said “fun” and that is what I meant. She has a great sense of humor and exercises it wisely and professionally. We set an appointment to complete the documents and pick up the new car. She had everything and others involved organized.
