My A5 was in the shop, Giancarlo very efficiently placed my car in service while I was looking around. Lastly in discussing buy vs. Lease I was able to clearly conclude NY decision. I don't recall the managers name but he is a top notch numbers genius. The Finance process was the most organized ever, and not s hard sell which I do not like at all. I didnt keep his card either but please extend my thanks. I will share this with friends and family , I was treated fairly and respectfully by Marie and this excellent team, who continues to follow up for anything I need. More

We had the good fortune to be introduced to ANTHONY SEGRETO. What impressed me the most was his character. He was extremely knowledgeable and shared all the information with us but in a manner that was very genuine without being imposing. After we purchased the car he told my son if he ever needed anything to reach out. As it turns out my son called him a short time later on some car related issues and he delivered on his promises. A few months later I needed a new car and I stopped in to AUDI. Anthony wasn’t in that day so Paolo Scalici offered to work with me. To my pleasant surprise Paolo was equally as helpful and genuine. I purchased a car and both gentlemen worked together and delivered the car and all the paperwork to my home. They spent time familiarizing me with the vehicle until I felt more knowledgeable about the car. The entire experience from beginning to end was truly amazing. I know I could call on either one of them and they would be there. Amazing team work! Great reflection on the company and their choices of their employees. Our Service Advisor is sharp, knowledgeable, attentive to the needs of his customers and makes sure the experience is just flawless and great.
