Recently brought my car in for scheduled maintenance and it was seamless. I scheduled my appointment with the best service manager EVER, Jordan Windham. I have always wanted an Audi and looked online and saw that Audi Dallas was the only dealership with a Prestige Q5 Quattro, so I called and Jeff Davidson met us with keys to one of them and I drove it and that Audi Dallas was the only dealership with a Prestige Q5 Quattro, so I called and Jeff Davidson met us with keys to one of them and I drove it and loved it and the dealership was gave us a good price for our trade-in and we signed papers right then. We came back the following day to pick it up and Jeff had it all ready and both he and Michael sat in the car with me to give me last- minute instructions, hoping to avoid my coming back in a couple of weeks for any un-answered questions since we live in Tyler, about 100 miles away. My driver’s side door does not have the lighted up rings so Jeff has arranged for me to bring it back and will let us drive a loaner while they are making that right. Jeff has been so good AFTER the sale, calling the day after I got it home to make sure everything was going ok and to see if I had any questions, which he either answered right then or looked up and called me back. He has been so great and I really appreciate him and the service that Audi Dallas has given me. Thank you! More
